THE EXIT GAP®️

Less than 1% of all businesses sold are fully women owned. Even fewer get the exit they want.

We exist to close that gap.

Have you already sold a business?

A group of women in a living room, some sitting and some standing, engaged in conversation. The woman standing in the center is holding a glass and speaking, with others listening and smiling. The room has modern decor with a large abstract painting on the wall, plants, and a television.

Wondering what it will take to sell your business?

Why does gender matter when scaling or Exiting a business?

It shouldn’t. But the data is clear:

Women-owned businesses represent 39.1% of all businesses generating $2.7 trillion in revenue.

And yet…

Over a recent 10-year period, less than 1% of businesses sold were owned by women. Fully female-founded businesses capture just .8% of dollars spent on M&A exits.

The resources and institutional networks historically available to female founders have never kept pace.

The Whisper Group was built to close The Exit Gap for good through focused expertise, not more exclusion. We happily collaborate with co-founders, strategic partners, and the team you already have in place, working together toward one shared reality: when women exit well, everyone benefits.
